Closing Your Reflow Account and Data Deletion

If you would like us to delete all data associated with your account, or you would like us to close your account for other reasons, you can do so from the user settings page. After clicking the Close Account button and confirming your decision, the account will be scheduled for deletion in 30 days. When this time expires, all data will be permanently deleted.

If you change your mind during the 30 days, you can stop the deletion process by logging back in to your account or contacting customer support.

Deleting your account is permanent. After your data and assets have been removed, they cannot be restored, even by our support team.
