Recovering Your Reflow Account
If you are unable to sign in to your Reflow account, try the following:
Forgotten Email Address
If you cannot remember the email address you used during the Reflow registration process, check your inbox. Look for any emails you've received from Reflow - they will be addressed to the exact email you signed up with.
Using both email and password login and sign in with Google may result in two separate Reflow accounts.
If the email of your Google account matches the one used for signing up with Reflow, the accounts will be merged.
Forgotten password
In the case of a forgotten password, try resetting it at https://reflowhq.com/password/reset.
You will be required to enter the email address of your registration. You should then receive an email that will allow you to sign in to Reflow and select a new password.
If you don't receive a password reset email, please check your spam folder. If the email isn't there either, you can try sending a new one from https://reflowhq.com/password/reset.
Can’t complete two-step authentication
If you are able to sign in to your Reflow account but cannot complete the two-step authentication, you can try signing in using your 2FA backup code.
From the Two-Step Authentication screen, click Sign in another way and select the Use backup code option. After entering the backup code, 2FA will be disabled and you will be able to sign in.
You can learn more about backup codes in the 2FA docs.
